2-blade and multi-blade rotor heads
Newly developed 2-blade and multi-blade rotor heads from "CAD+Modelltechnik Jung".
In addition to two differently sized 2-blade rotor heads, a 3-blade, 4-blade and 5-blade rotor head are also available.
The rotor heads were developed based on our experience with the rotor heads of the coaxial rotor helicopters, the Flettner helicopters and our large helicopter drones.
The center pieces and the blade adjustment levers have been adapted to the requirements. For these applications, the rotor heads allow a higher flapping movement of the rotor blade. For your safety, the rotor heads were subjected to extensive tensile tests at the FH Wiesbaden.
NEW: the rotor heads are now available for a rotor shaft diameter of 12 mm and also for 15 mm.
The rotor heads can be used for all similar model helicopters such as Ecureuil, Gazelle, Bo105, BK117, Sikorsky SH-60, EC135, Westland Wessex, Agusta 109, Hughes 500, Mil Mi-8, Mil Mi-24 and various Bell helicopters .
If required, the rotor heads can be supplemented with scale attachments made of rapid prototyping plastic.

Multi-blade rotor heads, rotor diameter up to 2,5 m (currently not availblabe)

2-blade rotor head, rotor diameter up to 2.7 m (currently not availblabe)
Shown below is the new 2-blade rotor head designed for rotor diameters up to 2.7 m. Here, too, all parts are made of high-strength aluminum. The blade bearing shaft has a diameter of 12 mm. The blade handles have the usual dimensions of 14 mm or 17 mm for mounting the rotor blades (other dimensions on request). The radial and axial bearings are larger on this rotor head to accommodate the higher forces of the heavier rotor blades. The center piece is available for rotor shafts with a diameter of 12 mm and alternatively for 15 mm. The damping is also done here with differently tunable O-rings. As with the multi-blade rotor heads, the assembly of the rotor head is carried out with a shoulder screw and an additional clamp.
All parts are made of high-strength aluminum or tempered steel. All aluminum parts are anodised in various colors or available in natural aluminium.
